Problem Installing Venair Throttle body hose

Has any one else had an issue installing the veanir hoses, I've tried every possible way and they seem to be too short.
Am I doing somethingw rong or is there a trick to it?
If you can help me out I'd really appreciate it.

All Turbo Inlet Hoses are incredibly hard to install. I have no experience w/Venair, never even heard of them.

I took them back to the shop where I bought it and they tried with no luck and just exhanged them with their distributer, theyre all on now and look awesome!!! Thanks for the help by the way pinky, i thought I was the only one with that issue, the only explanation the shop could come up with is that they were made for the euro version and may be tweaked a little diffrently then our US Versions.
