green top temp sender??
ok, so whats the big deal with it? i think i have a black one(going to look) but will installing a green one make that big of a diference in anything? someone mentioned more gas milage(he said 40 miles per tank), are we talking like 1-2 more MPG or what?

better mileage due to a change in coolant sensor?
I don't think so. The deal is; the old one sucked, broke easy, stopped working, etc; so vw replaced the part w/a revised part. If yours works currently; then there's no need to change.
