If that reservoir lasts 4 hours, that's pretty good man. Nice!
I was thinking about water/meth but it's not for me. at least not until I have done serious big turbo mods. Good luck with your car!

I was at Chris's shop yesterday for a few little things and this is what he told me about your car: The water/methane kit allows you to run the APR 100+ Octane program all the time, because the mix essentially acts like race fuel. You did not require a MBC, the race program advances the timing, so there is no need to increase the boost. I do not know why u r boosting @ 23psi. I have the race program and, with race fuel, it boosts exactly the same as usual, i.e. 18-20psi. According to Chris, your 238whp/270wtq dyno results were with the meth kit and APR race program installed.

I'd like to join you at Rte 27, but according to Chris, when he looked at my car yesterday, my transmission gear selector is going out, so it's almost impossible to shift or downshift.

Tranny is less than a year old, replaced last July under warranty, so I hafta to take it back to VW for repair or replacement. Again.

well ! bro! the car is powed by a ko4 now ! i was shooting close to 26 psi rihgt after the mod ! the computer was keeping shutting down to the safe mod [ stock mod ] 8psi ! SO FROM THAT cris took the n75 out and now the car is just fine 23 psi boost wehaaaaaaaaaaaaa

I've been told by others that less boost and more timing is what gives you more power with a K04 turbo. Chris also told me the same thing, so you should ask him about that.

i run smc kits on all of our turbo cars... mine is rated for about 120 octane... i squeeze out about 38-40 psi on a gt42r... its great stuff... and 26 psi is a wast of a k04...way out of its effencey range... it would taper back down to 23 psi inless u modded and welded the wastegate open... our modded k03s saw a max of 32 psi and held tapered to 26... then blew up...

just when to usp today for a coil pack propblem . I spoke to cris and it says that my car is at is best and the tuning is just fine psi and timimg! mmmm of course that i would love to get more hp and torque but gezzz how much it is going to cost !!! let say that i am done with the car enough money invested in the project! the car is pretty fast an i like it !
