Last Friday I took the type s to the track and ran a 15.6sec 1/4 has anyone else had their beetle at the track if so what times did you get? Whats typical for the type s?

i've been tracking my car since stock(chipped). (01 gls 1.8t 5speed)

my best time in stock trim(chipped) was 14.4.

IMHO the six speed hurts performance on the dragstrip.

what were your 60' times?

Unless it's an 05 or newer, but then it wouldn't be running 15 seconds in the quarter.
