noise
almost everytime i start my car and put it into gear whether it is first gear or reverse it starts to make a screeching noise. what do you think is causing this? thanks much

Could be the serpentine belt slipping a little. When was the belt and tensioner last change?

Should not be a serious issue unless it breaks then is could cause other problems if it gets caught in a fan or something. If it goes you will loose power steering, a/c, and the alternator.
