Default Horn relay location?

Greetings everyone!

Glad to be a new part of this community. I don't own a NB myself, but my fiance does so I am in the car almost daily.

Quick question:

I'm hoping to change out the relay for the horn, but I'm not sure exactly where it is. My best guess is that it's behind the fuse box underneath the steering column, but I'm not quite sure what I need to remove trim-wise to get up under there. Does anyone know? Also, does anyone know exactly which relay is for the horn? The reason I'm changing it out is because the horn died recently, and I figured I should check the cheap stuff before I just take it in. I'm pretty sure it's not the horn itself because it's pretty unlikely that both the high and low horns would go at the exact same time. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
