Default A problem started today. Any ideas?

I was driving in normal stop and go traffic and when I accelerate it feels like the clutch is not catching. The RPMs go up but the car does not move. It is in gear and everything. It just does it for a split second. Any Ideas are much appreciated.

that depends on the application and your wallet. are you strictly stock? i'm going to assume by your question that you are. i buy all my stuff from mjmautohaus.com, they're a sponsor on the tex, and i've always got my stuff on time and as promised for much less than you'd pay at a dealer.

that being said, i do all my own wrenching. if you're going to have a shop install it, buy it through them, pay the 10% markup and get a warranty. is there a vw mechanic around there that you usually go to, or do you take it to the stealership?

I am not stricktly stock and my dad and I do the work. But this job we might save the time and take it to a shop that are really great. I have a warranty that covers anything and everything. So money is not a problem. What were your other suggestions?
