Default OK... Solved one, now another problem

Solved the previous problem.

Now seems to be getting hot. From the time the car heats up a little, both fans kick on, and continue to run until i turn the car off. The coolant fluctuates in the resevoir. Once it runs for a little bit it boils in the resevoir. Once the car cools, the water/coolant drops to almost empty. I add more, drive it and the process starts over. All the while NO leaks.

Timing chain went 3000 miles ago. New top end, water pump, tensioner, etc.

Doesn't seem to be leaking anywhere, doesn't go into solid red overheat warning. Low coolant warning for about 2 minutes then goes off.

Noticed while running that the fluid level in the coolant resevoir fluctuates from 1/4 to completely full. Actually pushing water out.

Any ideas...?

Turned out to be the T-Stat. This was a new one, about 2,000 miles since it was installed by the dealer.
