I just removed my door panels 4 times this weekend (don't ask). There are 3 hex screws at the bottom you want to take out. Then pry off the flat plastic door handle with a flathead, and take out the 2 screws behind it. Then you basically want to rip the door panel off from the bottom, there are a few things that just kinda pop out and you will need to use some force. These are ONLY on the bottom and sides though, don't tear off the top. Once these are all loose, you can try pushing from the bottom to lift the panel out of the rubber seal it's sitting in where the window is. I have always rolled my window down and tried prying from the top while pushing on the bottom. Remember to disconnect your battery also since there are a lot of plugs in the back you'll have to unplug.
