So iv'e noticed when I lock and alarm my car and come back in a few hours my car has unlocked itself but the alarm is still activated. Anyone ever have this problem? Not such a great problem to have living in NY.

Microswitch would be my first guess. They do quirky things to doors and locks.

The locks go down and I hear the alarm horn honk. I've been manually locking the door with the key and have had no problems since then. Is that luck? i'm guessing there is no difference with using the key or button since its electronic.
