I was trying to recharge my air conditioning today. I had the can hooked up to the low side, and turned on the car and the air conditioning. It was obviously not pulling out of the can becuase the compressor was not running.
I found the sensor for the unit that tells it not to turn it when it is too low. It is a three prong plug. on two prong plug cars you can just bridge the plug and kick on the compressor. I'm not sure which to bridge to force the compressor on. Can anyone help. |

Okay i figured it out.. Fuse number 5 actually controlls the air conditioning and the brake indicator. on the fuse box diagram it says see manual.
This solved my problem with this and my other question about the brake indicator being on. |
