Missing Parts? Questions?

Okies So I think I may have some parts missing on my bug...

The Trio Belt Clamp area I think should be a connector connecting them...

Also the large Vacuum hose attached to the Intake? Seems like it is shrinking inward..

Also there is a black rubber patch on a black Vacuum line or Fuel line not sure what that line is...I placed it on the head of the engine but if u look to the right you can see where the patch was glued.. (What do u think...as I am having VAC issues..Lean Air/Fuel Mix)

hmm...I know there is something else but Im out of time...so look over the pics and let me know if ya see something as this is my first bug and IM mechanically challenged in many ways...

The Fifth Picture has the fuel/Vacuum lines (?) where the patch was...these are metal lines..

Your last pic.......that is the intake line from the intercooler, and comparing it to mine looks normal.....unless I have problems too, lol. Hope that helps
