Sounds like the air blend flap is stuck and/or the mechanism is broken. The NB heater matrix is always hot, the temp is controlled by a blend flap mixing warm and cold air, if it is stuck partially warm then you get permanent warm air. Can you make it hotter but not cold or is it a constant temp once the engine is warm???
If it is that then search as I think there is a good how-to thread with a guide on fixing the flap and mech. Quite a bit of stripping the dash is involved from memory so if you can do it your self there are $$$ to be saved...

It sounds like you are having the same problem i had. It ended up being the 30amp fuse on top of the battery. There are 6 wire fuses and 3 30amp blade fuses. It is the first blade fuse to the left that was the problem for me, so i swapped it for the fuse furthest to the right and then stated the car, turned on the air and voila the A/c worked. so i went and bought 3 new 30amp fuses for a couple bucks and replaced all 3. Try it, hope it works for you.

It could be as mjasim pointed out or the Blend Door. Check out the fuse block on top of the battery to see if any fuses appear to be melted; if none are melted, read the Blend Door DIY to see if it matches your problem.

You should consider checking the following...
1) The A/C fan control module 2) The A/C Temp sensors I have a question, in your first post you said... "I had it checked out at a repair shop, and they can not figure it out... all is good... freeon-compressor-fuses-hi pressure switch." Did the compressor actually come on when they checked it? |

If you really want to replace the clutch, read this post. To check for a frozen compressor you must engage the clutch. There is an easy way to test the clutch; unplug the two wire (green-brown) connector. The photo shows the wire, but some schmuck who will rename nameless cut the connector off. Put a jumper wire from the positive side of the battery to the compressors connector. If the clutch is good you will hear the clack when it engages.
