Default CEL Help?!

ok my car sounds like the timing is off and is a little sluggish. kinda sounds like a harley. i just took the tranny out to fix the flywheel bolts which stripped out and the rear main seal. these are the codes i am throwing. when i search i hear MAF a lot and some MAP sensor. Let me know if anyone has had these issues. i do have a 3" downpipe with a test pipe and an o2 spacer and have thrown one of the o2 codes the whole time but not sure which one.

P1297 - connection charger - throttle valve pressure drop
P0138 - heated oxygen sensor - bank 1 sensor 2
P0136 - heated oxygen sensor - bank 1 sensor 2
P0340 - camshaft position sensor "intake" circuit - bank 1

i do have my air/fuel gauge hooked to the rear o2 and just replaced the cam position sensor with a used one from someone local with no results. also replaced the DV with a forge 007 recently so i pulled it out and made sure it was functioning ok. i have the green spring in it with 1 spacer. i have it the way forge says on there site which is the quieter way with the top facing upwards.
