you should take it to a shop if you can't find the ports so you don't mess anything up

passenger side by firewall and in front of the motor

good luck

I dont have any issue with the A/C other than its needing a recharge. So you guys dont think it would be a good idea to charge the system yourself?

Charging the A/C is simple and straight forward; however you need to be sure that you do not exceed the 700 ml (23.5 oz) or you will blow some seals.

I will suggest using Quest/17 oz. of R134a and 2 oz. of Sub-Zero A/C booster with shelf saving dispenser. Make sure to use the Pressure Dial and not over charge. I just did it yesterday and top off the gas in there.

If you don't feel comfortable doing it then don't risk it.

not even if you're not comfortable doing it...if you haven't done it before/don't know what you're doing pay someone to do it for you

If you've ever used fix-a-flat this is a no-brainer. Just make sure your compressor cycles and you don't overcharge.

Yeah, that would kind of defeat the purpose.
