Question Location of back up lights sending unit?

My reverse lights are not working. I'm suspecting the sending unit. Can anyone direct me to it's location?

Both backup bulbs are good. There is power to the fuse and the fuse is good. So that means there's either a break in the wire between the fuze and the lights, or the sending unit is bad?

I've found one sending unit on the tranny, but I'm not sure if it's the right one. It's wires don't match the wiring diagram in the Hayes manual.

Should be a 2 pin plug towards the front right by the starter if you have a 02M (6 Speed Manual)

Thumbs up Got it! Thanks for the help

Found it. I have a 5 speed manual. It was right there by the starter. Pulled the wires off, then back on. The lights are working perfect. Thanks!
