04 Mirror swap

I was going to do a 04 mirror swap, I have the mirrors. They are painted and ready to go. But what to do with the side markers.

I found these do you think they would work on the beetle?

I would think they would fit...you could always find a GTI or whatever and measure them against yours....or, you could just leave your side markers in place and wire into them and have twice the bling.

The Golf does look to be the same size. I was just trying to make sure. Thought about the double blink, na.....
