Default 2002 Turbo Beetle 1.8T - Tensioner Replacement

2002- Turbo Beetle 1.8T - Okay, I just replaced a Tensioner and Serpentine belt. I removed the "pin" (that comes with a new Tensioner) and started my baby right up. Knuckles and forearms a bit mangled, but that's another story. My question is "why has my AC stopped functioning?" The compressor kicks in, but no cold air. Something worthy of mention: when I turn the key to “ON”, push the AC button, and switch my fan switch to “LOW”, only 1 fan spins (the passenger side) not both. Any thoughts anyone??
