Default new plugs & coils random misfire

Ok, Got misfires in cyls 1 & 3 yesterday driving home. I put two new coils and 4 new plugs in. Now I am getting random mis-fires.

Does this sound like the MAF? I don not have access to VAG_COM out here in the sticks only OBD2 diagnostics.

BTW is the MAF mounted in the throttle body or at the filter box?

03 Turbo S

Please any help is appreciated.

JB

MAF is at the intake box.

so to follow up, I hit the plug on the side of the tube when I was inserting it. Pulled it out and the electrode was completely compressed so it wouldn't spark. Rookie mistake easily fixed though. All is well.

Glad you found the problem; did you check the gap on the plugs?
