Slave Cylinder / Throw-out Bearing

Well two nights ago on my way home the clutch pedal stuck to the floor. I have brake fluid leaking down the tranny where it meets the oil pan, I want the say the bell-housing. Im pretty sure this is my slave gone bad , correct? Being a turbo-s does this mean the tranny has to be droped? anyone has had this replaced at a shop? curious as to how much this is going to set me back. I know the part is only $100.00 but labor Im sure is going to suck.
