Default Fuse Blowing and Turbo Stops Working

Anyone have any idea what might be blowing this 15amp fuse on my TDI? When it blows the turbo stops working. If I replace the fuse within a mile it blows again. Please point me in the right direction. I don't have a manual and don't know what the fuse goes to. Anyone else had this happen before?

I know this isn't a lot to go on, but I'm hoping someone else has had the same problem and knows what the solution is.

Frank

If this diagram is right it looks like it may be fuse 32.

Okay. I finally got some concrete info from my father in law (this is his bug). It is actually fuse 34 10amp, Engine Control Elements. Anyone have a list of what this fuse actually goes with so I can help him track down what is causing the short? It just says Engine Control Elements in the fuse diagram. Not helpful.

Thanks in advance for any help.
