Brake Problems!!!

I have a 2002 New Beetle TDI. It all started when i would get home from school about 20 miles drive and my brakes were extremly hot and smelled BAD. Well I had a service scheduled on saturday so didn't worry about it. On friday I went to Starbucks about 5 miles and I went to stop at a stop light and the brake pedal went down then went Psssshhh like air and came back up and when I took my foot off the pedal the car just sat there didn't even roll. I had to pull the brake pedal with my foot towards me and then the car would roll. I end up towing it to the shop and got a vacuum line replaced and the master cylinder replaced. It worked GREAT for 2 days and then started doing it again! So I then get the Vacuum booster replaced. Now the brake pedal is stiff and to stop I have to really get on the pedal which is hard since it is so stiff and it stops slowly. Please help I am going on 2 weeks without my Beetle!!!!


UPDATE: I fixed the stiff brakes it was a vacuum line. Now when I push the brakes it slowly goes down to the floor and then sticks and you have to pop it back up with your foot. You can also hear air as it goes down.

PLEASE HELP!!!!
