Default Headlights are dim

Hey all. The headlights on my 2000 TDI seem to have dimmed suddenly. There is now no difference in brightness between the headlights and the daytime running lights. I am thinking it's a fuse because I was driving when it happened and I swear I heard a pop and then the lights dimmed. Does anyone know if that's a fuse? I would check myself but I seem to have misplaced my fuse card. If someone could give me a fuse # that would help a ton. Thanks.

The headlights are supposed to be brighter than the daytime running lights?! No wonder I always thought they sucked...!

Can't tell. My last time out at night, there was still wet roads and snow, combined with the streetlights I really couldn't notice. Guess my eyes are getting worse at night. Looking at the garage wall, they seem to be the same. Fuses looked ok. Maybe I just went blind and didn't realize it?

Thanks! Checked the fuses and they looked ok. That was probably a long shot anyway because what are the odds they BOTH blew at the same time.
