Default Tdi GURU NEEDED

my 1999 tdi died on the road what i need is the name of a shop in my area Memphis,Little Rock we are actualy in Jonesboro Ar 72401. But i can transport it anywhere within reason. I have tried everything. We have diesel at the injectors, shutter valve working fine. all recomendations recieved gratefully.

Personally I would recommend Frank Irving in Lockwood, MO. It would be worthwhile to transport it that far if the timing belt went. Just get a tow dolly and tow it up there with your truck.

How long since the TB was done and who did it? Frank makes a living fixing up the damage that results from letting the timing belt and associated components go without proper maintenance. He knows his stuff and has very fair prices. The only problem is that he is in too much demand and the last I heard he was booked up for a couple weeks. I don't know anything about the shop in Memphis, you need to do your own homework. Frank works with a lot of shops down that way, he may know something about them if he works with them...or he may know of someone else to recommend you to down there if he is too booked up.
