Driver side sits lower than passenger side???

Does anyone else with an auto tranny notice that the driver side sits lower than the passenger side? Or is there something wrong that I should be concerned about? I know the auto tranny is HEAVY, but THAT heavy? Just curious. I just upgraded my suspension last weekend (Koni STR.T and Eibach Pro Kit Springs), just making sure we didn't do something wrong. It's only like 1/2 inch ; if that! Just thought it was odd and thought I would ask.

mine is a manual, but it sits the same on the driver and passenger side.

The auto tranny weighs in at around 240#
The manual Tranny weighs in at 93# with fluid in it. (ive benched a few in...its doable, but sux.)

so yes, the extra weight, over time can cause the springs on the driver side to sag more.

you could purchase one of those 10mm spacers fro idparts to try to level it out. or just put in a 5 speed

Well, a 5 speed is in the future. Auto is starting to slip now Reverse is slow to engage and sometimes won't go back into drive very fast either. Oh well...just hope it doesn't go out before I have the money to swap it.

There's one on craigslist in seattle right now, they also have the other parts needed for a swap.
