Default Replaced MAF, still low power?

I replaced my MAF sensor but the car still has limited power. Could the new sensor be bad? Car runs fine when it is unplugged, so that rules out fuel pump. Any ideas out there for what i should do next. Thx.

Any codes present? Why did you replace the MAF?
