So I have the problem where my car is not sure that the door is closed. I tried cleaning out with contact cleaner (a lot) and that was a no go. I know I need to replace the door lock assembly as the $3 fix is not something I am going to attempt but do not have the cash right now to do it.
Does anyone know of a way to fool the car into thinking the door is closed so that annoying buzzer goes off? I have been searching all over various websites and have seen people mentioned they did it but not how.
