SpeedTuning chips are about on par with UPsolute, and they're probably direct competitors in Europe (Speed Tuning's parent is in Linz, Austria).
I would say if the only major engine performance mods you plan to do are exhaust, intake and chip, then this is fine. It'll work just fine bumping you up around 35hp, and with an exhaust you can eke out another 10-15 or so. If you want to go nuts and break 200hp on just a chip, then you'll be looking more at the big three, APR, GIAC and Revo, along with all their nice little gimmicky doodads like limited tuning and swappable maps.
