I went to Classic.....Fred Vincent is so close to me I can walk there.....
Every time (3) I went there to look/buy.....they were too busy, no one was around, or they just flatly blew me off....They never have ANY cars in stock.....
If you ever get tired of them....Classic VW is the BEST in the area!

I have heard great things about classic from other VW owners but from my dad's experience with them and mine I like Fred Vincent
When i was there to look at the car, test drive the car, and buy the car all the sales people were very attentive to the other customers around and they were showing them all the cars. When i went to buy Loco there was another family buying a volkswagen. But we all have different experiences at different places
So can we agree to disagree?
I must say though if you get a VW in Cleveland go to
Fred Vincent or Classic stay away from Ellacot (is that spelled right)Everyone i know hates them
