Drove Daisy to Columbus, Nebraska, for a friend's wedding. WAY too much corn, but the wedding ceremony and reception was beautiful.
The reception was at her parents' house, on a lake, with open bar and great food. I went to get diesel, and the closest station with diesel only had "soy". That's all they call it - soy.
The day after we returned from NE my mom and I flew to ABQ, NM to visit friends. We spent most of the time either in the pool or just hanging out in A/C! We did go up to Sandia Crest with 2 of the kids and saw a deer, a brown bear, tons of hummingbirds and a chipmunk eating some peanuts. That was very cool. The view is great. We were going to take the tram but with the kids, it was too expensive. I'd like to go back during the Balloon Festival.
