I think they
can do full color, it's just a lot harder. I dunno, maybe I'm wrong.
All eyelids are aftermarket, VW does not make them. Here's a site with a good handful of eyelids that are 3Dish. Price is in pounds and they don't actually sell some of them anymore, but it'll give you an idea of what's out there and you can tell us which one you like:

Spoilers can be OEM or aftermarket. I prefer the OEM ones myself.
