Default 2001 NB ~ Where is the pollen filter?

Hello,

I read in my NB's owner manual that the A/C had a pollen filter of some type on it. Does anyone know where I can find this filter so I can check to see if it needs to be cleaned/replaced?

Thank you!

Under the dash, on the right (inside it, actually)

gently pull back on the centerpiece.. the rest should be obvious

Actually you push the center piece on the top of the dash ahead. Sometimes a coin can help get it started. You then remove the right side top panel by removing a bunch of torx screws then a few more to get the filter out.

My suggestion, do not use anything but your hands to get the cover off, unless you like scratches.
