I'd put it up on ramps, to tilt it back a little. If it doesn't come out with the oil, rinse the pan with diesel fuel. This will also clean out the sludge in the bottom of the pan. If your afraid to pour it through the motor, use a small hose and a funnel, and put it in through the dip stick tube.
