Default 2002 new beetle codes

I have a 2002 beetle showing 1151 and 1142. I have replaced the MAF, O2 before the converter, throttle body, plugs, fuel filter and now I can clear the codes but they reappear after running the car for a few miles. I have a VAG-COM and that what I used to read the fault codes and clear them. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it very much.

System too lean sounds like a vacuum leak. Check the vacuum hoses under the hood for cracks. The cloth covered hoses conceal the leaks.

I took the beetle out for a drive with the vag com hooked to it, I had rpms, maf, throttle position, and O2 sensor voltage. The one thing I noticed was the voltage on the O2 sensor was kind of eratic when I first started running about 30mph. Then on the highway there were a couple of times I noticed the voltage drop in half or more and then come back. Then every time I let off the gas at highway speeds the voltage would drop all the way to the bottom of the scale, and then slowly come back up. At city speeds it did not do this. But every now and then at city speeds the voltage would spike down and then back up to where it was. I am looking into vacuum leaks like you said, just thought I would pass this by you to see if this conferms your diagnoses or gives you other ideas. If there is anything else you think I should monitor while driving let me know and I will try it. I really appreciate your help.
