Can anyone tell me what PO116 means??? Or where the cooling fan fuse is???

fuses for cooling fans are located atop the battery inside that funky looking fuse box. Look for signs of meltage.

I think that I saw a thread once where someone traced that code back to a faulty coolant temp sensor, but I could be totally wrong...

there is no meltage. Do you have any ideas why my fan might not be working properly??

There could be several possibilities as to the cause. I don't want to, without knowledge, have you checking 50 different components for causes. Someone will chime in soon with likely scenarios.
