Default so many problems.....

Alright, I am just going to lay it all down to you guys. Any and all help is appreciated. My 2000 2.0L manual beetle with 95000 miles is a douchebag, but I love it. I have so many problems with this car, it is unreal:
1.)my "your lights are on" chime does not work
2.)my drivers door courtesy light does not work (bulb is brand new)
3.)my "your hatch is open" dashlight and the light in the trunk do not work (bulb is brand new)
4.)my door speakers (both sides) do not work
5.)my ABS light just came on today. can I take this to autozone to read the codes, or is this just a dealership thing?
6.)my EVAP canister is cracked. is is possible to repair the darned thing, or I am doomed to spend $200 on a used one?

I know this is a lot to ask, but I am just too broke and too cheap to run to the dealership.

Thank you!

P.S.
I love you guys

I'm not sure about the rest...but number 1 and 2 are most likely related to each other.

Probably the microswitch, the sensor in the door. It tells the car if the door is open or closed. Mine went in my drivers door and I had the exact same issues. It will think the door is closed when its open, which can be a real pain in the butt. I know there is a quick fix for it but I'm not sure where it is. If you do a search on here though, you can find it. I just took mine to the dealer ($450 repair however). My passenger side is out now but its not interfearing with much, unlike my drivers door so I'm not replacing it. It would rearm the alarm, as it would think I didn't open the door after I unlocked it with the alarm. If I didnt realize it, the alarm would go off when I started the car. So alarm issues may also tip you off on that.

Good luck on your search for answers! This is a great site and everyone here is very helpful!

You can try something like JB Weld on the canister.
ABS could be a lot of things. Call the dealer with your VIN. See if there is a recall on the ABS unit. Could also be a bad plug on one of the wheels. Could be a cracked ring on one of the wheels. Could be a lot of things. Without the codes, it is nothing more than a guess.
Take a look at the locking unit in the hatch. It has an electrical switch that tells the car if the hatch is open or closed. Sometimes the locking unit will crack (it is just plastic), and a long zip tie will put it back together.
