Also, someone posted on the Tex that my ECU might need to be reset after changing the battery. The first time I needed a new battery in like 2002 the dealership did it. When I replaced the battery last year I did it myself and I had no problems.

One of my buddy's is 99% sure my throttle body went bad. Picked up a new one (with an intake manifold attached) from eBay (seller was local too - no delivery!!!) last month and finally installed it last night. Once my buddy stops by with his VAGCOM and resets/adapts the ECU, Speed will hopefully start up again. Once this happens, in goes the new clutch!

You do know that I have a vag-com and can do the throttle adaptation too?
