AC System Backlight & Airbag light

Hi all,

I'm having 2 small issues with my 2.0 beetle glx. I hope someone will be able to help me solve them.

1. The backlight of my AC system doesn't work (not the light of the AC button, but the lights of the AC system dials. All 3 of them). I've checked all the fuses and everything seems to be fine. Maybe the problem is with the bulb, but I have no idea how to get to it.

2. While checking the fuses for the first problem, I guess I've messed up something, and now the yellow airbag light stays on after I turn the engine on. I've checked all the fuses again and they seem O.K.

Please help.

Put fan into 12/6 position, pull it out. replace bulb. Local dealer sent me 2 for under $5.
