Hey man. What you have is a flashin LED (red) on the drivers door as a theft deterrent. If someone tries to FORCE their way into your car with a crowbar, breaks a window then opens the door, etc. your cars horn will honk obnoxiously and the lights will flash. (like when you press the panic button on the key fob)
You cannot make it go off by rocking the car, banging on it, pulling on the handle, or anything like that. It is a forced entry alarm. Hope that helps! Keep the questions coming!
