Question Squeaking brake

I live in Seattle, and I've found every time I want to go out from my garage, when I'm backing up my car, the brake is always squeaking.
The noise is so huge. Maybe you have to close your ears if you stand near it.

Do you guys have any idea of what's going on?

Does it do it all the time? Even after you've been driving for a while?

If it's only doing it after sitting for a while, then I'd just say it's rust or other grime on your rotors. All that stuff comes off after braking a time or two. And living in Seattle, I'd guess the massive amounts of moisture can attribute to some rusty brake rotors.

I'll bet it's a seized caliper. They've been known to do that.
Does the bug coast normally? (you might not know if it's an auto)

It's an automatic.
So today I went to the Futrell motorwerks to do my 100k service, and they found out that my front shoe pads is only 15% left. They was guessing that the noise comes from it.
They said the caliper and disc brake are totally perfect.

And the answer is yes..it's only making noise every time I left, and come back to it for couple of hours.

If you are not already aware, change the pads, front and back.

Do you know a good mechanic in Bellevue or Seattle area that cheap?
the brake shoe pad itself is only $41, but the labor fee that i found is around $90.
For info, I can't install it by myself
