Drivers door lock cylinder pops away from door

My drivers door lock cylinder has started to pop out from being flush against the door. I just push it back it, and right now I don't have any problems unlocking & locking the car with the remote, but I'm afraid to try anything with the key. Any suggestions or do I spend Saturday at the dealer?

there is a piece behind the skin of the door that is very much like a bridge. my guess is that the mount screw hole for the screw that goes into the back is split and or broken off. Happened in my 2000 TDI. not a common part. best bet is to find a bug that is being parted (PM BUGMAN, he got me one eons ago) this part is in the door
