I just installed the ECS parts last weekend. Belts were made by Continental (I would consider them to be pretty good). The water pump had a metal impeller, unlike the stock plastic one. And the tensioner looked exactly like the original. I did not use the tool. I had a pair of universal snap ring pliers that I installed the 90 degree legs on. I was able to use that instead. All in all, it took me a whole 5 hours to do, and about 1/2 hour was looking things over a few times to make sure I had the belt on right (see my other post on a question I had about the belt). The trickiest part was getting the tensioner set. I small mirror is very helpfull. It took me three shots at getting the tensioner set.
