Default 2001 2.0 wont start!

Was running like crap recently, checked the codes and found both a cylinder misfire and an O2 sensor malfunction. Changed plugs and wires, still haven't redone O2 sensor. Plugs were pretty bad, seems like they had never been done and since sensor was failed was likely running rich.

Tried to start her back up afterwards, and she wont. Turns over, but feels almost like theres no fuel now. Hooked code reader back up, now getting P0321... checked every sensor i could find just to make sure i hadn't disconnected anything accidentally. still wont start, same code.

Surfing forums found that the code apparently means crank position sensor... (may be wrong) if thats the case would that stop the engine from starting?
