Default Service parts question.

I don't have service manuals, and I'm finding different results on google.
Can someone help me, and tell me:
1. What good spark plugs I can get. Something better than copper, and what gap i should set. Is 22 ft/lbs torque right?

2. What is the amount of engine oil that beetle takes, and oil change intervals. I found info that oil should be changed every 10k miles. Planning to use full synthetic.

Car is 2.0, 2004, with 54k miles.
Thanks
Mario

What about spark plugs? Any advice on good ones, and what gap?

I use the same NGK spark plugs. They have 3 ground electrodes and don't require gapping. They are the best SP's for the 2.0L. They are around $6.00 each; the dealership want's $13.00 per spark plug.
