Default Conveniences gone

Looking for some advice. I've read some other posts about failure of the convenience control module causing the power windows, sunroof and door locks not to work.

Anyone had this experience?

Is this the fix as easy as replacing the module?

both, the confort and sunroof modules, control the sunroof.
Windows and door locks are controled by confort module and, in NB's with power windows, by driver and passenger's side control modules. You don't mention the exact failure, but it can be also a "software" issue that can be solved by re-programing the summer function with Vag-com.

Regards

I fixed it. I bought the convenience control module off of ebay. Installed it and all works fine now.
