Default MAF Sensor 2001 Automatic 2.0 Gas

Hey All.
I need a new MAF. I could try cleaning it but
if I'm gonna' take it out I might as well replace it.
My question is what is the correct part number?
I come up with 06A906461A
On some sites they omit 2001 from this part number.
Can someone tell me the correct part number?

P.S. My 01 has had three cats so far.
It's no suprise the sensor is bad now.

Thanks.

Mike B
