my jetta started overheating and so far I have replaced the fan switch, control relay, temp sensor as well as flushed the rad with new thermo. Fans do not come on when it gets hot. I have hot wired the fans from the battery and they do work. I cannot find any wiring plobrems as far as broken wires. Any help ?

HELP! Beetle overheating... - TDIClub Forums Check for overheating/corroded connections where the 30 amp fuse for the thermoswitch plugs in. I know the link is for a TDI engine, but the electrical end of the cooling systems are the same.
