Default how do you re-set clock 12 hour and Temp Cenegrade ?

I thought I had the notes in the manual , but can't find them. The battery was disconnected and the time is in the 24 hour format as well as the outside temp is in the Centigrade . I want Fenenhieght.

Engine must be OFF to change the time from 12-24 hour and i believe the temp too.
