Default abs light on

Does anyone have an idea why the abs light is on. I took to dealer they said the fuse box on top of battery was bad. replaced it with a used one and light still on. Any suggestions

Get it Vag-com'd, altho I'd say its probably a bad wheel sensor

yep, i vag com'd mine and it was a bad wheel sensor

The ABS light in my Beetle is also on. It did not come on until I had to have a tire replaced.

How do you know which sensor is bad ?

If you scan with a VAG-COM the fault code will tell you which one it is.
