Problems with window, doors locking, and the alarm... :(

Hi Everyone,

So, now that I am home more often, I have noticed my alarm goes off at random intervals for a few minutes at a time if I cannot get to the key quick enough. When I can, the only way to stop it is to unlock the doors.

Also, the door (driver side) does not lock with remote and is difficult to lock with key. When I lock it, the car does not recognize it locking and doesn't "beep" and the lights stay on. Queue alarm 5 minutes later.

My driver window is also slow to close. I read on another post to use some silicon spray on the rear track to see it if helps it out. any comments on that idea?

Any help would be wonderful, I am at a loss. Fuses are fine...
